This barn conversion sleeps 4 guests in two bedrooms, one double and one twin/superking. The entrance hall leads to all areas of this barn. At the top of the stair case you will find full length windows overlooking the rear patio area and hillside. Downstairs there is a separate W.C, Kitchen diner and comfortably furnished lounge/living room. Upstairs you will find a white modern fitted bathroom with bath/shower and W.C and two spacious, well furnished bedrooms both with flat screen televisions. Outside is an enclosed private patio area with seating. There is off road parking for two cars. All has been newly converted to a high spec.

Named after Andrew’s late father, Bob’s barn is the closest of the three converted barns to the main farm house. Always a handy hideaway area, when the farm stopped having cattle Bob would use this barn for storage for old motorbikes and other ‘toys’!  It enjoys views of the hillside to the rear, where deer, foxes and pheasants regularly visit.

Bob’s Barn backs onto open hill side with access to a public footpath leading to the heritage coastal footpath. The ‘Fountain Head’ inn is just a few minutes walk from the property serving renowned locally brewed beers and food daily.
