This barn sleeps 4 guests in two bedrooms, one double and one twin (bunk beds). The downstairs area is open planned and with a comfortably furnished lounge/kitchen diner and W.C. Upstairs there is a white modern fitted bathroom with bath/shower and W.C. Both bedrooms have a flat screen television. Outside there is a private enclosed patio with seating and small grassed garden. Off road parking for two cars is provided. There is front and rear access to guests. All has been newly converted to a high spec.

This barn was lovingly converted in 2009/10 by Andrew. This was the automated milking parlour which was fitted in the 1950’s and gave Andrew’s grandparents a slightly easier life! Being smaller than the other two barns at Pitt Farm, its open planned downstairs area allows space for four adults or a young family.

The Milking Parlour backs onto open hill side with access to a public footpath leading to the heritage coastal footpath. The ‘Fountain Head’ inn is just a few minutes walk from the property serving renowned locally brewed beers and food daily.
