If you need to cancel your holiday

If you cancel from 60 days up to and including 2 days before check-in date, you will receive a full refund of the lodging costs you have paid. This means that if you are arriving on the Friday, you can cancel up to the Wednesday before your stay. Cancellations on the Thursday or Friday immediately before your stay will not be covered by Master Cancel. If you want to cancel before 60 days of the start of your holiday, Master Cancel will not be activated so we recommend you wait for the 60 day cancellation period to start before cancelling.

Covering Covid-19

If you cancel your holiday you (the guest) will receive 100% of payments made. These refund payments are processed on departure of the cancelled booking.

Master Cancel is only included for bookings placed after 20th June 2020.

Covid-19 is included in this policy. Whether it is because you do not feel comfortable continuing with your booking, you do not want to risk becoming unwell; whether you are isolating or if there is a Government lockdown Master Cancel will cover this.

What isn't covered

There are some instances that are not covered by Master Cancel. These include the following:

war, civil war, invasion of foreign enemies, war-like activities (whether or not there is an actual declaration of war), rebellion, insurrection, civil commotion arising to the level of uprising, military or usurped power; acts of terrorism committed for political, religious, ideological, or similar purposes; actions intended to prevent any of the above.
