Explore The Jurassic Coast

Branscombe has a long shingle beach which (since the MSC Napoli was holed back in 2007) is now rather famous!

Branscombe mouth forms part of the East Devon and Dorset Jurassic coast. From here you can enjoy some breathtaking cliff top walks: East to Beer (fantastic fresh crab meat sold in the fish shop) or west to Sidmouth (ice cream!..need I say more?).

Branscombe beach is a great place to spend the day. During the summer months the Nation Trust rangers are out in force supporting children in the rock pools, making kites and all manner of creations with drift wood and other natural resources.

The Sea Shanty cafe provides well needed refreshments.
